July 23–252019 Big Ten Development Conference

Hosted by The Pennsylvania State University

Colleagues,

The words to our fight songs are different, but the spirit of our work is the same. We are a group of professionals who believe in higher education. We believe in asking questions and in fueling curiosity to make the world a better place. We believe in the potential of collaboration and the power of generosity.

Perhaps most of all, in our profession we believe in community. Our team is honored to be hosting the Big Ten Development Conference this summer, and we are eagerly awaiting the chance to welcome you to Penn State. We’ve got a great lineup of speakers, opportunities for constructive conversation, and a few chances for you to turn off your phones and enjoy a slice of summer in Happy Valley.

I appreciate the time each of you are making to join us, and as I do every summer, I’m looking forward to connecting with this dynamic, talented community of fundraising professionals. Travel safely. Here’s to another great conference to come.
